Event Details

A delightful menu to highlight culinary lavender and how it enhances food and drink. A four course meal that will include starter plate, salad, entree and dessert. Each course will be paired with a wine or cider by the executive chef and house sommelier.

A culinary delight to top off the day at the park. All the senses will be awakened by the menu chosen by the Chef.

Each course will be paired with local wines, including lavender wine and hard ciders.

Arrival

Wine / Cider Cocktail: Citron Dèlice 

A salutatory and enlivening Citrus and Lavender Apéritif, delicately sweet and delightfully aromatic

Pain et Beurre

Herbed house-made bread medley served with rich, creamy butter 

  • Rosemary Focaccia Bread, Lavash & Parmesan Cheese, French bread 


Salad Course

Blueberry Lavender Cider 

A creamy Dark Berry and Cider Dressing, crisp greens, red onion, fennel slivers, Parmesan shavings, blue berries, and crunchy cucumber topped by a decadent crostini. 


Main Course

Choice of White Wine (St. Kathryn’s Lavender Semi-Sweet) or Red Wine (Varaison Bouche á Oreille)

Fruit and Herb stuffed Pork Loin, Lemon Wild Rice medley, roasted Squash Puree and Lavender scatter


Dessert Course 

Choice of Coffee or Elevation Mountain Herbal Tea from Paonia

Citron Madelines, Earl Grey & Lavender Cream Cannoli & Vanilla Honey Cannoli with Dark Chocolate edges  


One ticket per person. Must be 21 or older. Non-drinking tickets for 18-20 available.
