A delightful menu to highlight culinary lavender and how it enhances food and drink. A four course meal that will include starter plate, salad, entree and dessert. Each course will be paired with a wine by the executive chef and house sommelier.
Upon your arrival you will be entertained with live music and be given a welcome bag
with Lavender and Palisade items. Tables will be open seating. If you wish to have a table
set for friends or family please email the organizer to request prior to event.
Each course will be paired with local wines, including lavender wine and hard ciders.
Chef from 13 Brix has hinted to her menu of a Surf & Turf entree, Asparagus spears tied with lavedner bow, Lobster Bisque, Poached apple salad with carmelized walnuts and goat cheese and more,
Dessert is a special lavender ice cream made by Enstroms Candies to compliment a French Macaroon.
